For the Dynamics AX and NAV systems you need to merge code from the Scribe Adapters into the customer’s existing environment. If you don’t feel comfortable doing that yourself, we can help. Simply upload the customer’s objects to us, and we handle the merging of the adapter code and the customer’s existing code. The partner can then download the objects, install them in the custo-mer’s database, configure, and perform the final testing.
We provide the objects ready for loading into the customer’s database, but the service does not include final testing. Fixed price. Remote Installation Services
Setting up integration between two systems requires some infrastructure to be in place and configured. To make it easier, we recommend letting us handle the next step in the process as well. Together with your customer, fill in a form develop-ed by Celenia Software with information necessary for the installation.We will then log on to your customer’s system and perform the installation, and make the system ready for implementation; you don’t have to understand the technical infrastructure issues and configuration. If your customer needs individual adaptations, we can take care of that, too. Together with your customer, you specify the needs for the individualizations. After you have scoped the synchronization at a logical level, we can give you a fixed price.
