With a Celenia Upgrade Assessment, you get a complete overview of your customer’s existing solution. Any customization in the existing solution will be described in the Discovery Analysis document that is a part of the Celenia Upgrade Assessment. Then, project scope is defined and can be used as a roadmap for the upgrade project. What do you use in your existing solution?
We are also capable of determining a complete list of add-on products and/or all customized functionality that is available for use in the existing implementation. Based on the Discovery Analysis document you will be able to clean up parts of the system that are actually not used. This ensures more cost-effective maintenance of the upgraded solution. Data Migration
Some NAV implementations are based on native databases. Celenia Upgrade Assessment will also estimate migration effort to Microsoft SQL. And if you decide to implement the new 2009 version as a re-implementation instead of upgrading, then migration requirements are also specified.
Estimate
The Celenia Upgrade Assessment includes a fixed price for the total upgrade project based on the Discovery Analysis findings and your input.
