Description of the solution
GN Store Nord uses three systems related to internal administration, sales and marketing: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MyMarketingMachine from Zoomio. To perform the connection between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the other two systems, GN Store Nord use Celenia Integration Framework. For instance customer order data must be updated in Microsoft CRM, and order data from MyMarketingMachine must be updated in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
GN Store Nord was carried through a very short and simple introduction with their partner, and after that they implemented Celenia Integration Framework themselves.
